Claire is a singer and songwriter grounded in community. She is the lead vocalist of the Latin indie folk-pop band, Coraza, a group with a thing for instrument switching, genre bending, and evocative bilingual lyrics.

Claire is also a co-organizer of the Oakland chapter of Bushwick Book Club, a unique event series that marries her two greatest loves: literature and music. At each BBCO event, local musicians are invited to read the same book, then write and debut an original song in response to that book.
